Abu Christo was founded back in 1948 by the Greek family of Triandeplides. Since then it has been withstanding the restless waves of Poseidon, inviting visitors of Akko (capital of Galilee) to plunge into the world of hi-class dishes made from the finest and freshest seafood. Our restaurant is a great spot to spend an unforgettable evening amidst the magic-filled Old Town, enjoying the terrific view over the Haifa bay and the Carmel mountain.

Over the last three generations the Abu Cristo restaurant welcomes food connoisseurs and simply hungry guests alike offering the best natural Middle Eastern dishes: seafood and meat accompanied by traditional salads known as the Mezze.

We have a modern kitchen but at the same time we appreciate and respect the true taste of nature, we just season it a little with original spices and olive oil from all around the world.

Spacious yet cozy rooms of the restaurant are air conditioned, which adds to the enjoyable atmosphere during any season of the year. Wine Hall:

The Abu Christo wine hall was built approximately 1000 years ago during the times of the crusaders. Its walls of natural stone remained unchanged since then. Its tall ceiling, stone arcs and appealing niches recreate the magical atmosphere of the ancient times. The hall is ready to welcome up to 35 people for any kind of private celebration or festivity. Special menu, a rich bar and exquisite wines fit the perfect environment our VIP clients experience.
